Eligibility for Warranty

1. Proof of Repair:

   • To claim the lifetime warranty, you must provide the original receipt or proof of service issued at the time of repair.

2. Non-Transferable Warranty:

   • The warranty applies only to the original client and vehicle on which the repair was performed. It is not transferable to a new owner or vehicle.

3. Vehicle Status:

   • The warranty remains valid as long as the windshield remains in the same vehicle and has not been replaced or structurally altered.

Covered Repairs

    ✔ Applies only to the same windshield in the vehicle at the time of repair.
    ✔ Covers repaired chips against spreading or failure.
    ✔ Valid only for the original owner who received the repair service.

1. Repaired Chip Integrity:

   • If the repaired chip develops further cracks or instability under normal usage conditions, we will re-repair the affected area free of charge.

2. Free Mobile Service:

   • Our mobile repair team will visit your location (within Calgary and surrounding service areas) to address any warranty-covered issues at no extra cost.

3. Timeframe for Claiming Warranty:

   • Warranty claims must be reported as soon as the issue is noticed to prevent further damage.

What is NOT Covered

    ❌   New rock chips or cracks .

    ❌  Damage from a new rock hit in the same spot          previously repaired.

    ❌  Negligence or improper care, such as exposure to extreme force or pressure.

    ❌  Windshield replacement – the warranty does not transfer to a new windshield.

Conditions for Warranty Voidance

1. Unauthorized Repairs:

   • If any repairs are attempted by another service provider after the initial repair, the warranty becomes void.

2. Delayed Reporting:

   • Issues must be reported promptly. Delaying repairs may result in further damage, which is not covered under the warranty.

3. Misuse or Negligence:

   • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abnormal use of the vehicle or windshield may void the warranty.

Additional Terms

1. Service Area:

   • Free mobile service is available within Calgary city limits and surrounding designated areas. For services outside these areas, additional travel charges may apply.

2. Inspection and Assessment:

   • All warranty claims are subject to an inspection by our technicians to confirm eligibility. If the issue falls outside the scope of the warranty, you will be informed of applicable charges for additional repairs.

3. Lifetime Definition:

   • "Lifetime" refers to the usable life of the windshield as long as it remains installed in the same vehicle without replacement.

Additional Chip - CA$20.00

We repair additional stone chips, including bullseyes, star breaks, and half-moons, up to the size of a quarter. 

Small Crack - CA$100.00

A single-line cracks smaller than 8 inches. Our precise techniques restore the windshield’s integrity and clarity, preventing the crack from worsening.
